1. Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by Vulcanic Endüstriyel, based in Istanbul, Turkey, acting as the data controller, for the purposes described below.

2. Purpose of Processing

Personal data you share through the contact and quote-request forms on the Site is processed strictly to respond to your inquiries, to manage quote requests and technical support, to maintain customer relations, and to fulfil our legal obligations.

3. Categories of Personal Data Processed

We process identity and contact data such as your full name, phone number, email address, company/organization name, and any message content you choose to submit. The Site has no membership or payment system, so no financial or special-category personal data is collected.

4. Collection Method and Legal Basis

Your personal data is collected directly from you in electronic form when you fill out a contact/quote form on the Site. It is processed on the legal grounds of (i) being necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, (ii) our legitimate interest as data controller, and, where applicable, (iii) your explicit consent, pursuant to Article 5(2) of the KVKK.

5. Data Transfers

Your personal data may be shared with competent public authorities where legally required, and with service providers such as our hosting and email infrastructure providers, solely to the extent necessary to deliver our services. We do not share or sell your personal data to third parties for any other purpose, including marketing.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and by applicable statutory limitation periods, after which it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

7. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to apply to the data controller to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• Request information if it has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred, domestically or abroad,
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
• Request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions set out in Article 7,
• Request that corrections, deletions, or destructions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
• Object to a result arising against you through analysis of your data exclusively via automated systems,
• Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of your personal data.
